2026-04-09

Recently, the 2026 International Conference on Display Technology (ICDT) successfully concluded in Chongqing. Viewtrix’s VTDR6135 AMOLED display driver chip was awarded the Silver Prize for “Best Display Component Product of the Year” at the SID China Display Industry Awards (CDIA), in recognition of its technical prowess and innovative performance in the display component sector. The SID China Display Industry Awards (CDIA) were established by the Society for Information Display (SID) China. The awards recognize products launched in the previous year across three major categories: Best Display Product of the Year, Best Display Component Product of the Year, and Best Display Application Product of the Year. This series of awards aims to honor companies and products that have achieved outstanding accomplishments in display technology R&D, industrialization, and application expansion. The evaluation criteria are extremely rigorous, and the awards are hailed as a “barometer” of the global display industry. The “Best Display Component Product of the Year” award focuses on the product’s technological advancement, application value, and industrialization achievements. The award-winning product is the VTDR6135 AMOLED display driver chip, independently developed by Viewtrix. It is the first chip in China to support 1.5K Real RGB display and has already been successfully mass-produced and applied in high-end domestic smartphone brands. The chip supports a 1256×3060 Real RGB ultra-high-definition resolution and is also compatible with 1344×3060 display in SPR mode, delivering exceptionally fine image quality. In terms of refresh rate, the chip supports a 240Hz gaming-grade high refresh rate, providing users with an extremely smooth visual experience. As China's first display driver chip manufactured using a 28nm process, this product achieves significant breakthroughs in integration and energy efficiency. It supports APDBI ultra-low power consumption technology, effectively extending the battery life of end devices. Additionally, the chip incorporates a sophisticated burn-in compensation mechanism that significantly extends the screen's lifespan. Moving forward, Viewtrix will continue to focus on the innovation and optimization of display driver chips, driving the implementation of more high-quality products.
